We are seeking someone that is friendly, reliable, and has a great attention to detail to help our sales team sell the products and services that our customers have grown to rely on. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner that has strong communication skills and is very detail oriented. It is essential that everyone in our sales department be personable and professional.
Pay: This position is paid hourly. At this point in time the starting rate is negotiable as it is based on relevant experience and established skills, therefore there is not a locked starting rate in place for this position.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assists in answering the phone as needed
- As needed assisting new customers with questions, orders, or art requests when others are not available to help
- Taking phone calls when assigned sales staff are out of the office or unavailable
- Assisting in responding to e-mails when assigned sales staff are out of the office
- Assisting in e-mailing customer contact lists and clinic leads for sales staff as needed
- Helping assigned sales staff maintain correct information in our database
- Writing up orders as needed and reviewing orders for sales staff as needed
- Submitting names and numbers to our heat press department as needed
- Submitting art requests to our art department as needed and following up when art requests are approved to verify order statuses
- Putting together sample requests for sales staff
- Entering hard copy data electronically, while maintaining accuracy and entering in a timely manner
- Ensuring accurate data within the internal operating system
- Performing electronic filing and scanning as needed
- Entering payments and running credit card payments as needed
- Preparing online stores for submission to be built – verifying product availability, ensuring artwork works on all chosen items, completing the excel spreadsheet, and submitting the information to our online stores team to be built
- Navigating our online store platform to prepare online stores for processing by creating work orders, assisting in looking up customer orders, and verifying store information matches the submitted spreadsheet
- Rectifying back orders for online stores by contacting customers and presenting them their options for their order
- Answering any online store status questions from customers and assisting with any refunds, adding/removing products, etc that need to be done for an online store
- Monitoring where in production the assigned salespeople’s stores Are
- Lining Up the assigned sales staff’s online stores to be sorted when all orders are produced
- Printing the receipts and required documents for sorting for the assigned sales staff
- Assisting with any additional administration responsibilities deemed necessary
