All prices are subject to change without notice. Though we attempt to establish pricing through Dec. 31st, circumstances may arise that would dictate a change. We make every effort to create an error-free catalog and website. In the event of a misprint, we reserve the right to correct the error to reflect actual pricing or merchandise. Different styles and colors cannot be mixed for price breaks. To lock a price for 30 days, please ask for a written bid. Re-order prices are based on that order alone, not a combined quantity total.
All school orders in the continental United States are shipped UPS Ground at no charge to the customer. Any orders that require 1st or 2nd Day Air are paid by the customer (guaranteed shipping). All school orders must be shipped to the school. Any order shipped to a home must be prepaid. If a package is missing, please notify us immediately so we can track it for you. After a shipment is picked up by UPS, they control delivery timelines. We cannot be held responsible for late packages.
Cancellation of order
If an order is cancelled by the customer, you may be charged a 15% restocking fee for garments and for artwork if it has already been done. If the design has been emailed or sent by mail, and not used within 30 days, the customer will receive a minimum billing of $15.00 on stock designs. Custom designs are billed at a rate of $40.00 per hour.
All orders are double checked and a packing slip is placed on the outside of every box. If you feel you have any discrepancies on your order, please let us know within 3 business days. All decorated items are considered custom and cannot be returned for credit if there is no defect!
RBS will print supplied garments, but will not accept responsibility for replacement if damaged.
RBS reserves the right to replace a garment when needed with a product of the same quality or better. If you want a specific brand, you must state that at the time of ordering.
names & Numbers
All names & numbers must be typed out & legible. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT HANDWRITTEN NAMES OR NUMBERS. Delivery can take as long as two weeks. email to (firstname.lastname@example.org) or fax to (608-543-3287)
All printing is 100% guaranteed. Average production time on in-stock garments is 1-3 days. Inform us of your deadline at the time of ordering, and we will work with you to meet it. No extra charge for rush orders! A $10.00 ink change fee will be charged if ink color is changed due to multiple garment colors. If shirt size is a concern, call for samples. We will not take garments back once they are screen printed or embroidered. Samples will be billed to your credit card, but upon return of samples, your credit card will be credited back.
If you would like to see your design prior to printing, we will email you a proof. Three revisions are allowed per design before additional charges are assessed. Once a design is printed on a shirt, it cannot be changed. Artwork faxed to us is not camera-ready. Art for approval will not be processed unless an order is placed. If a design is sent for approval and never used, you will be billed based on $40.00 per hour. Please call for quotes on custom artwork. There is no extra charge to use your specific school mascot. A printed design will be kept on file for two years past the last order date.
There is a one-time design usage fee of ($15.00 per color) for screen printed designs. Any time stock designs are not used it is considered a custom design. There is a one time design usage fee of ($50.00 per color) for each applique stock design used. Any time stock designs are not used it is considered a custom design. Your design is kept on file for two years. All stock “Applique” designs are full size. 6 piece minimum order. Order 75 or more and receive FREE set up (design usage fee) on stock designs. Allow 2-3 weeks delivery. Custom designs also available. Button-down jerseys and jackets will be added $20.00 for a split front. Up to two colors. Real “Football” and “Basketball” textures available, but add $5.00.
ALL ORDERS MUST BE PRE-PAID UNLESS AUTHORIZED. We accept Mastercard, Visa, and Discover. Purchase orders are not accepted as prepayment. Normal billing period is 30 days. Interest will apply after 30 days. (24% per month).
To make the print and embroidery last longer, do not wash with bleach. Keep garments out of dryer. EXTREME DRYER HEAT WILL MELT INK. For best results, turn garments inside out before washing to prevent damage of the garments imprint by the washer.
